Question: What hosting plans do you offer?

Question: Is it shared or dedicated hosting?

Answer: Shared. Our clients share an advanced cluster of servers engineered for fault-tolerance, redundancy, and security at the highest audited level.

 

Question: If hosting is included, what service level can we expect?

Question: Can we license your software and implement it ourselves, with our own programmer?

Answer: Total Blue System's code base is inaccessible to its licensees. You use its modules and configure its settings within a web-based Admin Area. You can build and add your own HTML pages or email templats to its foundational pages, as well as upload images and files via SFTP. For the most part, all that you'd want to do is manageable within the Admin Area. If not, scripting or programming is done by E-business Coach programmers on your behalf, billable at an hourly rate or as part of your Priority Support plan.
